WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

  1. Contact the assistance center of PRIORITY ASSIST to inform your case and they give you the orientation and the necessary assistance.

  2. You can also request assistance by sending an email to miasistencia@priority-assist.com with the detail above and the phones where the Holder can be located.

  3. If the Beneficiary or a third person can not communicate with the Assistance Center, it will resort to the medical service closest to the place where it is, with the unavoidable obligation to notify the Central Assistance within 24 hours of the event .

  4. Follow step by step the instructions issued by the PRIORITY ASSIST Assistance Center to arrive at the solution as soon as possible of your case.

  5. In case of loss of luggage follow the following instructions:

    • Immediately checked for lack of luggage, please contact the airline or responsible person inside the same area where the luggage arrives and request and complete the form P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report).

    • Before leaving the Airport, contact the PRIORITY ASSIST Assistance Center by phone to notify them of lost baggage and receive instructions from assistance personnel.
